1. Introduction

Women Rewired™ is a 12-week transformational program for women worldwide, integrating neuroscience, vibrational science, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and community-based learning. By enrolling, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which clarify participant rights, responsibilities, and refund policies.

2. Transformational Commitment Clause

Women Rewired™ is not just a course—it is a deep transformational journey. Growth may include moments of discomfort, vulnerability, and resistance. These are not signs of failure; they are signs of rewiring. We ask all participants to enter this space with integrity, courage, and an open heart, honoring their commitment to themselves, to the work, and to the group.

3. Cohesive Group Culture

To protect the sacred nature of this experience, enrollment is structured as a closed, time-bound container. Each participant’s presence contributes to the safety, rhythm, and trust of the group. Irregular attendance or early withdrawal disrupts this collective process. By enrolling, you agree to honor not only your own growth but also the group’s unfolding journey.

4. Privacy & Community Agreements

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for program-related purposes.

What is shared within live sessions, replays, or community spaces remains confidential.

We cultivate a culture of agency, grace, and belonging. Harmful behaviors—including shaming, gossip, or harassment—are not tolerated.

Violations may result in removal from the program without refund (per Section 10).

5. This Is Not Therapy

Women Rewired™ is an educational and personal development program, not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. Participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing.

If we believe additional clinical or crisis-level support is needed, we reserve the right and responsibility to recommend appropriate resources, and if necessary, to remove a participant for the wellbeing of the individual and the group.

6. Intellectual Property & Community Integrity

All program materials—including videos, worksheets, meditations, frameworks, and the proprietary Quantum Alignment Method™ (QAM™)—are protected by copyright law.

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license for use. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or taught without prior written consent. Login credentials are for individual use only. Sharing access or reposting content (including screenshots, recordings, or transcripts) is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the program and/or legal action in cases of intellectual property theft.

7. Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment is open to female-identifying adults under the laws of their jurisdiction. Registration is complete once payment has been processed and the participant has acknowledged these Terms.

8. Payment and Fees

All program fees and payment options are disclosed prior to registration. Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.

A non-refundable registration fee of $180 applies to all enrollments.

Balance is due according to the chosen plan (full upfront or installment).

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once begun.

Missed payments may result in paused access until resolved. No late fees apply if resolved automatically.

Cherry financing is available through Well In Montclair and subject to their separate terms.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

9.1 Cooling-Off & Cancellation

Participants may cancel within 7 calendar days of enrollment for a full refund (excluding the $180 registration fee), provided cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the program begins.

9.2 Standard Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident stepping into Women Rewired™. we offer a 14-day refund window, as long as your request is made before the third live session. At the time of request all access to course materials, and membership spaces will terminate.

9.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Requests are processed within 30 calendar days of approval.

9.5 Local Law Compliance

If a participant resides in a jurisdiction with more protective refund laws, those laws will apply.

10. Forfeiture of Fees

Removal for breach of these Terms (e.g., code of conduct, intellectual property violations) results in forfeiture of all paid fees after program commencement.

11. Non-Transferability

Enrollments and credits may not be transferred to another individual without written approval.

12. Program Modifications & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to adjust dates, instructors, or delivery format due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events. In such cases, refund eligibility follows Section 9.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the participant’s home jurisdiction, or the jurisdiction most protective of consumer rights. Disputes will be resolved under those laws.

14. Acknowledgement

By enrolling in Women Rewired™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including all refund and cancellation policies.
